There's plenty to do in the Quad Cities this weekend. From the not-so-scary to sexy; here are some of my suggestions.

1. Not So Scary Halloween Walk, Quad City Botanical Center, Rock Island 7-9 pm tonight. Back for the second year, this event promises to be a family favorite for years to come. Participants are invited to  walk through a Tropical Sun Garden at night. Follow the glowing eyes in the trees to find your way along the path. If you're lucky, one of the resident toads might help you along the way.

Event is included with general admission or membership. No reservations required. Families are encouraged to come dressed in costume and also bring a flashlight.

2. Cheech and Chong, Rhythm City Casino Resort, Davenport 8 pm tonight. Together, Richard "Cheech" Marin and Tommy Chong make up the hilariously irreverent, satirical, counter-culture, no-holds-barred duo Cheech and Chong. In 2009, everyone's favorite duo reunited after 25 years apart for a national and international comedy tour, the "Lights Out Tour", selling out everywhere.  Will we laugh as hard as we did when we listened to Sister Mary Elephant on their albums?

3. The Rocky Horror Show, Circa 21 Speakeasy, Oct. 20-28, 7 and 11 pm shows. Filled with outrageous humor, dynamic musical numbers, unconventional romance, ghoulish delights, and plenty of audience participation, THE ROCKY HORROR SHOW returns to The Speakeasy for the second time co-directed, once again, by longtime Circa '21 veterans and spouses Bret and Erin Churchill. It's sure to be a wickedly entertaining Halloween-themed treat that will make you want to do the “Time Warp” again – and again and again!

Eight performances of THE ROCKY HORROR SHOW are currently scheduled, with presentations at 7 p.m. and 11 p.m. on October 20, 21, 27 and 28th.  Doors for the 7 p.m. shows open at 6 p.m.; doors for the 11 p.m. shows open at 10 p.m. Due to the musical's adult language and mature subject matter, the 7 p.m. shows are for ages 18 and up, while patrons must be 21 or older to attend the 11 p.m. performances.

4. Ladies' Night In: Let's Talk SexNutritionWorks Holistic Health, Bettendorf 6 pm tonight. Sex. The taboo subject that rarely, if ever, gets talked about. So NutritionWorks Holistic Health members decided to talk.

Dress for a comfortable and relaxed evening, grab a friend, and go as they discuss the topic of healthy sex and relationships with a discussion panel, open forum, and information in a relaxed, open atmosphere. Water, wine, and snacks will be provided. RSVP Required. Limited Seating.

Have fun this weekend.
