This QC restaurant was one-of-a-kind. They are finally making a come back but some things have changed.

When Belgian Village closed February 1, 2014, it was a sad day for generations of families in the Quad Cities who grew up eating their famous VandeReubens, breads and desserts. This family restaurant, formerly located in Old Towne, Moline, IL., left holes in the hearts of area regulars. The tradition and family atmosphere was strong in that place and no one wanted to see it go.

The great news I get tell you today, is that Belgium Village is coming back, but not in it's full, former-glory. The new Belgium Village To Go will be gracing the Quad Cities with those VandeReubens once more. That's not all, they have all the breads for sale (wheat, raisin and rye) and desserts. But there is one catch.

They are pre-made, not grilled, not baked. You get to do that when you get home.

Here is a list of the Belgium Village To Go menu items.
