Today is the last day of our week-long run of record temps.

1 - Once the fog burns off, the sun is forecast to boost our temps to an all-time February high of 75º. I think it might even go higher, but I'm not the expert. WQAD Meteorologist Eric Sorensen has forecast details and the reality of February returning this weekend.

2 - A new report ranks Rock Island as the 5th most affordable real estate market in the entire country. WQAD's Elizabeth Wadas reports on the survey, and why Rock Island is the only Quad City that made the list.

3 - Rockridge and North Scott punched their ticket to the next round of the playoffs, while the season ended in heartbreak in overtime, or by buzzer beater for other teams. We'll round-up all the scores when we do That Sports Thing around 7:35am on The Morning KIIK Start.

4 - Beatlemania takes over The Putnam Museum when they play host to The Magical History Tour: A Beatles Exhibition beginning March 11. We'll have details on That Hollywood Thing at about 8:35am on FM 104.9.

If you can, get out there and enjoy the last day of this spectacular, and unusual run of weather.

- Craig
