Craig's List: 4 Things to Know

The week begins with the possibility of severe weather.

1 - Severe weather is in the forecast for this afternoon as a cold front knocks our temps down from the mid-60's we enjoyed yesterday, and will experience this afternoon. WQAD Meteorologist Eric Sorensen has the details here.

2 - According to WQAD News 8, 18 year-old Demetrius Allen, of Rock Island, whose body was found Sunday morning near Brady Street Stadium, had been shot. Davenport Police are now treating the investigation as a homicide. WQAD News 8's Sarah Tisinger has more here.

3 - Three local teams are on deep runs in basketball playoffs. The North Scott Girls won a State title on the weekend. The Moline boys won a Regional title, and the Augustana College men are in the D-III Tournament Sweet 16. Details when we do That Sports Thing around 7:35am on The Morning KIIK Start.

4 - OK, remember when I said I had forgotten something this morning, but I couldn't put my finger on it... it was this 4th thing. Dang it.
