It's Two for Tuesday... kinda.

1 - I forgot to giveaway the $20 gift card to Nally's Kitchen in Davenport yesterday, so today I'm giving away two today. Two chances to win a gift card for some of the most authentic Mexican food in the Quad Cities. AND remember to listen for the Elton John Song of the Day at around 7:05am. Remember the song for your chance to win Elton John tickets with Jeff Lynn on the Work Release Program at about 4:10pm.

2 - After the 10th rainiest April on record, we can start to dry out today, for the most part. Hometowns east of the Quad Cities could still see a shower today. It will remain windy and cool throughout the day too. WQAD Meteorologist Eric Sorensen has the forecast details here.

3 - Culver's has been running a series of commercials about local heroes. A man from Aledo is featured in the latest spot. Nick Seefeld is a police officer or volunteer firefighter who also works tirelessly on veterans issues in the community. Watch the extended video of Culver's commercial saluting Nick.

4 - Your Quad Cities River Bandits open a three-game series against Fort Wayne at Modern Woodman Park tonight. First pitch is at 6:35pm, with the pre-game show and all the play-by-play on our sister station KBOB 1170AM. Scores and more when we do That Sports Thing at around 7:40am on The Morning KIIK Start.

Have a great Tuesday.

- Craig
