Davenport Restaurant to Reopen 6 Months After Fire

A Christmas miracle didn't happen for the owners of Lunardi's Restaurant in Davenport. In fact, just the opposite of a miracle, when fire destroyed the eatery just days before the holiday in December.

After months of hard work and perseverance, Lunardi's will reopen next Thursday, June 15th in the same location at 102 E Kimberly Road.

They are already tantalizing patrons with peeks at their menu on Facebook.

We congratulate them on getting things turned around, and look forward to digging into a plate of their legendary lasagna next weekend.
