It is tempting to make a joke about money laundering but if your money was deposited in the Fox River State Bank in Burlington, Wisconsin it is unlikely that you would be amused.

Every bill in the vault was destroyed when 21 inches of flood water breached the branch. The Huffington Post  is reporting that according to the bank manager all the money is insured and will be replaced by the Federal Reserve.

Additionally during this time of local disaster the bank is offering emergency loans to area businesses and homes that were also impacted by the flooding.
