Want to tour the Figge Art Museum but don't want to pay? You're in luck thanks to the generosity of the John Deere Classic and Bechtel Trusts. Figge Executive Director Tim Schiffer says, “we are thrilled, for the fourth summer in a row, to be able to offer everyone in the community the opportunity to experience the exhibitions, special programs, tours and more all free of charge.” Free admission to the Figge will run from Thursday July 5 through Sunday August 12.

Visitors will be able to check out all of the Figge's exhibits including Where the Wild Things Are, Alois Kronschlaeger: Polychromatic Contemplations, Steve Banks: Pop Culture Palimpsest, College Invitational and Rufino Tamayo From the Dennis L. and Patricia A. Miller Collection. 

The Figge Art Museum is located at 225 W. Second Street in downtown Davenport. Museum hours are :

  • 10AM-5PM CT Tuesday - Saturday (Except Thursday, the Figge is open until 9PM.)
  • 12-5PM CT Sunday
