If you guessed Bettendorf, you would be correct. Bettendorf boasts great schools, parks, restaurants (Hello, Crust!), and according to this survey by WalletHub, a pretty great quality of life overall for a small city.

Ranking at number 32, Bettendorf scores well with affordability (even if the stereotype is that it's the most expensive of the Quad Cities to live in), economic health, and education and health.

Affordability took into account factors like housing costs and costs of living, economic health looked at the unemployment rate, median household income, population rate, percentage of residents below poverty level, and income growth, while education and health factored in things like school system quality, percentage of residents with a bachelor's degree, and percentage of population with health insurance.

Not far behind Bettendorf is Cedar Falls, Iowa, coming in at number 34 on the list. Ankeny, Iowa (a suburb of Des Moines) did extremely well, taking the number 9 spot.

Ranking last on the list at number 1268 is Bell, California, which scores pretty poorly in all categories.
