Patients Upset After Two QC Dental Offices Close Suddenly

This is terrible news for patients who were counting on completing their dental care. According to WQAD, Best Smiles Dental offices in both Davenport and Moline have permanently closed their doors without warning.

A local woman named Lydia McCrady went to pick up her new dentures at their Davenport location last Friday and found the office closed for good. McCrady was especially upset because the dentures had already been paid in full by Medicare.

The Best Smiles location in Moline had a sign with instructions for patients to call a number to retrieve their records. The voicemail for the number was already full, however, and no further instructions were given.
