One of my fondest memories from when I was a kid was trick or treating on Hallowe'en. Being from Canada, I can remember trolling for candy with my costume over a snowsuit one year it was so cold.

Hopefully, things won't be so bitterly cold when Quad Cities kids set out to trick or treat on Hallowe'en this year.
