Quad City Restaurants Have Secret Menus

Ever heard of a fast-food joint having a "secret menu"?  Evidently there are plenty of places in the QC to get these secret items.

"Secret Menu" items are sandwiches or other items you can order that aren't on the actual menu.

I came across an article on Hack the Menu that talked about all the "Secret Menu" options that are out there, and it turns out a lot of these are national chains.  So you can take full advantage of these here in the Quad Cities.
