As a huge Blackhawks fan, last night was a late one for me.

If you missed it, it took THREE OVERTIMES for the Hawks to beat Anaheim 3-2 in game 2 of their Western Conference Final series.

The game turned out to be the longest in Blackhawks' history.

The win was a big one, as it evened the series at 1-1 going back to Chicago for game 3.

99% of people, including myself, thought the game was over in the second OT when Chicago's Andrew Shaw HEADBUTTED the puck into the goal for what would have been the decisive goal.

BUT, a check of the rule book showed headbutting the puck over the goal line is, in fact, illegal, and the goal was waved off.

Still awesome to watch though!
