First of all, how dare you?

That's what we're thinking after reading Vice writer (and former QC resident) Peter Rugg's critiques of Quad City-style pizza.

KWQC reports that Rugg recently visited Harris Pizza in Rock Island and was disappointed to discover the pizza of his youth was, as he describes, "trash," "Gremlin vomit" and "legendary terrible."

Rugg specifically criticizes the pizza for being messy and difficult to eat, due to it being sliced into strips.

If you're interested in angering yourself, check out his full Vice article, entitled "The Pain and Sorrow of Learning Your Beloved Childhood Pizza Is Trash," here. The essay has (unfortunately) been picking up traction around the country.
