…And These Little Piggies Ran Wild on I-74

Some little piggies go to market and some little piggies stayed home, but thanks to an over-turned livestock truck on I-74 this morning, these little piggies were all over the interstate causing a traffic situation.

Moline Police Department, State Police and the IL. Department of Transportation spent the morning helping clean up an over-turned semi in the ravine on the ramp of I-74 Eastbound onto westbound I-280. About 20 pigs were running around the area and some traffic delays ensued.

Can you imagine?!  A day in the life of a police officer!

You truly never know what is going to happen when you clock in, I am sure. This doesn't happen too often, thankfully. I sure hope no one, including the pigs were hurt too terribly during this accident.
