Bald Eagle Days Happening Now

As I mentioned on the air, I have yet to live an entire year in the Quad Cities . So when events come around they are all new to me. As an animal and wildlife lover I am very excited about Bald Eagle Days, happening now through Sunday at the QCCA Expo Center. This year is a landmark year as it is the 30th anniversary of the event.

If you, like me have never been, here is a preview video done by our news partner WQAD TV that gives an overview of the event and what is new this year.

In addition to everything happening at the Expo Center the Audubon Society is offering free trips to see the eagles in the natural habitat along the Mississippi River.
