Carrie Underwood to Star in Opening Theme for Super Bowl

I don't care who you are, if you don't absolutely love Carrie Underwood, puuhhhleease check your pulse.  There is nobody more "likeable" than her right now.

Carrie will star in the opening theme of the Superbowl on NBC, February 1st. "Waiting All Day For Sunday Night"  has been the theme for the past two NFL seasons. The  lyrics have been changed up to include the AFC champion Patriots and NFC champion Seahawks. The set design has been all jazzed up too.

Carrie said, “I’m so honored to again be a part of the Super Bowl, this time joining NBC Sports in helping kick everything off!  I can’t wait to watch the game!"
