Close to 2 Million Pounds of Undercooked Chicken Recalled

The USDA has mandated a recall of millions of pounds of undercooked chicken products.

The items in question are chicken cubes, fajita strips, breast strips and other chicken items that you buy precooked and heat up.  Apparently, some of this chicken could be undercooked and cause health issues.
