Construction Begins on John Deere Road

The season of orange is in full-swing here in the Quad Cities.

A three-year construction project begins today that will cause intermittent lane closures in both directions of John Deere Road.

The construction will be focused from I-74 to East of 70th Street.

Want some good news? Once this madness is over, John Deere Road will be six lanes instead of four.

The project is expected to be finished by Fall of 2018.
