Craig's List: 4 Things to Know

I'm baaaack. I highly recommend taking the odd Monday off.

1 - Winter isn't quite done with us yet. Cloudy skies will dominate the day with a hard freeze on the way for tonight. After a couple of cool days, we should warm up to the 60's for the rest of the week. WQAD Meteorologist Eric Sorensen has the details here.

2 - According to police, a Moline man allegedly made their job infinitely easier by breaking in to a cell at the Rock Island County Courthouse. Yeah, he broke IN to jail. The Quad City Times Tara Becker has the details.

3 - My bracket is pretty banged up after the weekend (thanks, Duke!), but I've still got 9 of the Sweet 16. Wisconsin is the only remaining regional team in the Big Dance. Illinois remains in the NIT. We'll get caught up on the sports scene when we do That Sports Thing around 7:35am on The Morning KIIK Start.

4 - Lots of folks are talking about The Magical History Tour: A Beatles Exhibition going on right now at the Putnam Museum in Davenport. I've seen pics online of folks standing in a dead-on recreation of the Cavern Club where The Beatles made their debut. Definitely worth checking out.
