Craig's List: 4 Things to Know

1 - Sunny skies and dry conditions will start our weekend with the possibility of storms on Sunday. Eric's detailed forecast is here.

2 - John Deere Classic round two gets underway this morning. Charles Howell III and Ollie Schniederjans lead the field at -8 par. Details and scores when we do That Sports Thing at around 7:40am on The Morning KIIK Start.

3 - The Rock Island County Fair starts on Tuesday. Taylor Adams will be here this morning to talk about the pageant to crown the Fair queen when we do That Hollywood Thing at about 8:40am on FM 104-9.

4 - Bent River Brewery and Meatheads are partnering for a fun event this Sunday. Dog Day Afternoon will feature great noms from Meatheads food truck, your fave beers from Bent River, and the kicker is that your furry friends are welcome on-site for the afternoon. Several rescue pets will be on hand for you to adopt as well, courtesy of King's Harvest Pet Rescue. Details are on our website.
