I'm glad to be back with you after a week off.

1 - You'll notice very little humidity today under sunny skies and a nice breeze out of the northeast. WQAD Meteorologist Eric Sorensen has your forecast details here.

2 - Flooding will be a major concern for those along the Rock and Mississippi rivers today. The Rock at Moline could set a high-water record. The predicted crest for the Mississippi has been lowered by a foot to 16.5'. At that level water will still affect LeClaire Park, Credit Island and the 4700 block of River Drive in Moline.

3 - The River Bandits play the rubber match with Great Lakes today in a rare 1:20pm weekday start at Modern Woodmen Park. Details and scores when we do That Sports Thing at around 7:40am on The Morning KIIK Start.

4 - Sorry, kids, but Bacon is not better for you than Tilapia. I'll tell you why that's a myth, and I'll have more entertainment news when we do That Hollywood Thing at about 8:40am on FM 104-9.

Enjoy the cooler weather and have a great Monday.

- Craig
