Craig's List: 4 Things to Know

A great run of weather begins today.

1 - Mostly sunny skies and mild temps are on the docket for the next week or so, with our only chance of rain coming Sunday. Your detailed National Weather Service forecast is here.

2 - A couple of traffic notes: Access to the Arsenal Bridge in downtown Moline from 4th Street and 14th Avenue is closed. Only the River Drive ramp to the Arsenal remains open through late September. Patch work on Elmore Avenue just north of Kimberly Road will significantly impact that already crowded intersection through September 12.

3 - Another weekend is just around the corner. If you thought last weekend was busy, we've got another Weekend Top 10 list chock full of events for this weekend too. Details when we do That Entertainment Thing at about 8:40am.

4 - Pictures surfaced yesterday of a rested, relaxed Madison Keys practicing for the U.S. Open. With the Williams sisters out of this tourney, Madison is touted as having a chance to go al the way. Scores and more when we do That Sports Thing at around 7:40am.
