Customer Goes to Restaurant Known for Throwing Rolls, Sues After Being Injured by Roll

A restaurant known as "The Home of Throwed Rolls" in Ozark, MO may be in some trouble after one of its customers claims to have a roll-related injury.

Troy Tucker is suing Lambert's Cafe.  Tucker reportedly visited the restaurant in September of 2014 and “sustained a lacerated cornea with a vitreous detachment and all head, neck, eyes and vision were severely damaged”.

Tucker is seeking $25,000 to cover medical bills and legal fees.

My question is...if you know you're going to a place that throws rolls, do you really have a case after being hit and injured by one?
