Daughter of Whitney Houston, Bobbi Kristina, 22, Dies

Despite the efforts of medical staff, the daughter of the late music legend Whitney Houston and 80's-90's pop star, Bobby Brown, has died at the young age of 22 years old.

Since January 31st, it has been a whirlwind for Bobbi Kristina's health. She was found unresponsive in her bathtub rushed to the hospital,  needing a ventilator to breathe. Soon thereafter, she was put into medically induced coma and no one was sure of the outcome.  Sadly, once she was moved to a rehab facility things looked hopeful. Last month, she was moved again, this time, to a hospice center.

A statement from the Houston family was given to ET:

"Despite the great medical care at numerous facilities, Bobbi Kristina Brown’s condition has continued to deteriorate," Pat Houston told ET in a statement that day. "We thank everyone for their support and prayers. She is in God's hands now."

 

This eery and untimely death certainly comes with mixed emotions. Foul play with ex-fiance Nick Gordon was suspected, but nothing ever came of it. Throughout the time of her hospitalization, there were obvious tensions between the Houston family and Bobbi Kristina's father, Bobby Brown in statements given. So much tragedy has surrounded this family!
