Festival of Trees Parade is a Go With Limited Balloons

Festival of Trees organizers say this morning's parade is a go with a start time of 10am. Though most balloons remain grounded due to high winds, a handful of logo balloons will take to the windy skies for the event.

If you plan on attending, bundle up. Wind chills this morning have the temp feeling like 22º.
