Government Bridge Closed This Sunday

I'll confess that I often get caught coming back from commercial breaks on the show because I'm watching the Government Bridge webcam.  I am amazed at how something that large can move around so seamlessly.  It truly is a marvel of engineering.

Certainly, every once in a while maintenance needs to be done to keep everything running smoothly. A those times, the bridge needs to closed down. This weekend is one of those times.

The Government Bridge will be closed this Sunday from 6am-6pm. It's pretty light maintenance though. The bridge will be closed for cleaning.

Maybe they can get a crew working on getting the webcam back up and running while they're at it so I can watch the bridge turn... and keep you up to date on traffic issues too.
