Every child has an idol. Some kids look up to movie stars or famous singers, others to football players, or even political figures. For Autumn Vermett from Belvidere, Illinois, that hero is gold medal winning gymnast Aly Raisman. Autumn dressed up as the Olympian for Halloween, and her impression was spot on, down to the red bedazzled leotard.

Autumn's mom Cara Vermett posted a series of photos showcasing the four year old's love for the athlete on Instagram. The shots included the tyke making similar facial expressions to Raisman during competition, along with a tongue-in-cheek picture of Autumn's parents Cara and Patrick portraying Raisman's parents Lynn and Rick, and one year old brother Julian dressed as Raisman's coach Mihai Brestyan.

In the photo, Autumn's parents can be seen with anxious expressions, a nod to Lynn and Rick Raisman's much talked about reactions while watching their daughter compete in the Rio Olympics.

Raisman, who competed at both the 2012 and 2016 Olympics, reposted one of Vermett's photos, with the caption "Yaaaaaas Cutie!!! #Halloween #SweetestFans." The picture has received 80,000 likes so far.

Autumn's goal is to compete as a gymnast in the 2028 Olympics. I think she's off to a pretty awesome start already.
