Iowans always seem to make the best of any situation, and even can get themselves a laugh.

Clint Henik, of Carve R Way, is a chainsaw artist from Mount Vernon, Iowa, is turning Derecho storm damage into artwork.

One yard in Cedar Rapids decided they've had enough of 2020, and knows everyone else has, so they chose a way to show this year how they really feel.

Also in the Cedar Rapids area, Keith Vanous' yard had a big tree left in their yard, and he wanted to remember the storm and Iowa's ability to deal with anything thrown at it by having Clint carve Herky the Hawk out of it.

Henik told KCRG he's been busy with orders ever since the storm came through, and after his work is seen around town, surely he'll be even more busy.
