It’s a Howl-o-Ween Doggie Costume Fest in Moline

If your pup loves to be dressed up for the holiday, this is the event for you.

The City of Moline's Parks and Rec Department is hosting a Howl-O-Ween Dog Fest at Greenvalley Dog Park, Moline October 7 from 5:00-6:00 pm. 

You can dress up you and your dog and strut your best costumes for an epic contest. It's a great time for your dog to socialize and you can paws (pun intended!) to look at vendors and take home a goodie bag.

It's $6 per dog, to receive goodie bags and/or participate in the costume contest.

According to the website judging will take place at 5:50 pm and prizes will be given for the following categories:
1) Best dog & owner costume combo
2) Most unique dog costume
3) Cutest dog costume

They also say masks are mandatory for all humans.

Here are some simple rules to follow. You can register your dog here, but hurry registration closes October 5 at 3:30 pm.
