KIIK 104.9’s Pet of the Week: Winnie

Winnie is our pet of the week from the Humane Society of Scott County. Winnie is a terrier mix, with perhaps some Pomeranian in her blood line.  She's about a year old, so while she's about done growing she's still got a lot of puppy attitude.

Winnie doesn't like other dogs, so she needs to be the only dog of the house. She is child and kid safe. She can stand up and dance and sometimes she'll even sit. At a year old Winnie is very trainable and attending an obedience class with one of her new family members would be an excellent bonding experience.

Winnie's adoption fee is $105 dollars. This includes her personal surgery and all her shots and boosters. She's available through the Humane Society of Scott Country, 2802 West Central Park Avenue in Davenport. You can check out their website here to look at all their adoptable animals.
