Local Food Recall

If you've ever had a food allergy or have someone in your family who does, just grabbing something at the store isn't as easy as it should be. Sometimes you have to read ingredients ... and a lot of them! Hy-Vee just came out with a recall of this food.

There was a packaging mix-up at Hy-Vee, labeling macaroni salad as potato salad in the refrigerated packaged foods section. The three-pound containers of “Hy-Vee American Macaroni Salad” was incorrectly labeled and may contain undeclared milk and wheat (gluten), according to a company spokesperson.

Look for the BEST USED BY date of: 7/31/15
