Local Teen Labeled a Hero After Assisting Victims of Crash in Blue Grass

19-year old Dayton Keiting was just on his skateboard Saturday night when he witnessed two cars collide on Highway 61.

Keiting immediately called 9-1-1, then took it upon himself to help in any way possible.

He ran over and pulled away debris from a totaled Honda Accord to reach the driver.  Keiting reportedly then kept the man's neck stable until paramedics were able to arrive.

Because of his act, many law enforcement and citizens in the community are labeling Keiting a hero.
