Luke Bryan #KilltheLightsTour Recap [PICS]

It was one magical night seeing Dustin Lynch, Little Big Town and Luke Bryan in Peoria.

Jay Rush and I hopped in the car and took one of the best road trips ever to see Luke Bryan in concert. We had high expectations the whole way down and thankfully, meeting Little Big Town and Luke Bryan exceeded those expectations. We had a blast.

After rushing out of work, I only had 10 mins to spare on my way to pick up the kiddos from school. Thanks to Miguel Rosas, of New Style Barber Shop, he fixed up my side shave while simultaneously giving a hair cut. It was a fun 'quickie' and we all were laughing.

Once I got my kiddos where they needed to be, Jay and I headed to Peoria. We got our Meet N Greet passes for Little Big Town and Luke Bryan!

While meeting Little Big Town, I got slightly tongue-tied about where I worked because I was in the middle of gushing about their Grammy wins. Thankfully, Karen Fairchild helped me out and finished my sentence for me and thanked us for playing their music.  Kimberly Schlapman couldn't have been more captivatingly cute. She is simply adorable. The guys were kind and happy to meet everyone. It always goes by quickly.

Jay and I got to meet Luke Bryan next. I did get to hang back and talk with him a little longer, which was aaammmaaazing! We chatted hunting and shared some pics. He is one of the kindest celebrities I've met yet. What he did locally, here in the QC, for teen boys who lost their mom to cancer, absolutely warms my heart. This fan girl will cherish those memories for a long time. It makes me a little giddy and I don't care how old I am!

We got to sit next to our winners from the Luke Bryan ticket giveaways and just had a blast. Can't wait to see him in concert again and again.
