Lunchables Recall: What You Need to Know
If your child has food allergies, be aware that there have been several recalls today.
Kraft Lunchables are on recall. There's been a labeling mishap which could leave thousands of children with food allergies at-risk for exposure.
The front of the label is correct. The back of the label is a misprint for another Lunchables option. A consumer reported this to Kraft on October 6, 2016 and now that has led to this 959 pounds of Lunchables "Ham and American Cracker Stackers" recall.
According to TriStateUpdate.com:
- 3.4-oz. boxes containing four-compartment plastic trays of “Lunchables Ham and American Cracker Stackers,” with a “USE BY” date of 25 DEC 2016 and production times ranging from 9:13 to 10:00 stamped on the side of the plastic container.
