Meet Our US 104.9 Pet Of The Week

Another week means another great pet spotlight! We here at US 104.9 have teamed up with UScellular and the Humane Society of Scott County to bring you the pet of the week! We spotlight a different pet looking for a forever home every week. Today we are meeting an active dog who has been looking for a family for a while now.

Another awesome thing about this event is that UScellular is donating $50 each week to the Humane Society for our pet of the week. It's always great to see!

Meet our 104.9 pet of the week, Beetlejuice!

When you say his name three times, it's not a scary poltergeist that shows up, instead, it's this handsome guy!

We think Beetlejuice is roughly 5 years old and he's about 70lbs! He might be a big boy, but don't let his size fool you, he really is just a big ol' baby. He loves hanging out with volunteers, whether that be going for walks, or just hanging out in the play yard.

Plus, this guy is smart too! He knows to sit of course, but he will also shake your hand like a pro! This guy will be nailing interviews with that firm handshake of his.

We think Beetlejuice could do well in a lot of types of homes. He has the potential to do well with dogs, and even kids too. He has shown to get a little too excited about cats though, so a home without them would be best. If you like a good mix of activity along with being lazy on the couch, this guy will fit right in!
