Well today is a very sad day ladies and gentleman, it now seems that Netflix and chill has turned into possibly Netflix and federal crime.

As of last week The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals issued a ruling last week that makes it illegal under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act to share your password with family and friends for streaming websites and apps such as Hulu, Netflix, and even HBO GO, what a bummer man. There is some good news though as the likelihood of them actually charging you is very slim. Its kind of like those old FBI warnings that claimed you would get charged $250,000 dollars if you made an illegal copy, and lets face it no one ever got charged with that.

Here is my advice to you as a friend, watch all of the Orange Is The New Black before the feds coming busting down the door and you end up in the slammer, because I can surely tell you that Scott County Jail Is The New Black just isn't the same, the food probably sucks and the inmates aren't as fun and adorable.

Pay your bill and enjoy all the Bob Ross you can handle.
