Kevin and I talked about this during the morning show today. Do you have a hard time waking up in the morning? I used to be a chronic night-owl.  There is something about feeling more awake at night than I did during the day. I called myself a "second-shifter" because it seems that was the internal clock my body was on.

I read about this new method to waking up but the problem is there are six steps! Like I'm going to wake up and suddenly remember these steps...  pre-coffee?! Sadly, coffee wasn't even mentioned.

I'd be interested in what your take on waking up and feeling awake is. It always just takes me time and coffee. I rarely, if ever, wake up and feel completely awake right away.
