The place is aptly named the Clown Motel, located in Tonopah, Nevada, a town of 2,478 about three and a half hours north of Las Vegas and it can be yours for the low low price of $900,000. The only catch is that you have to agree to take all of the hundreds of clowns.

According to the Huffington Post, many of the rooms feature clowns dangling over the beds, as well as clowns on the doors and in the lobby. The good news is if you are not afraid of clowns the rooms rent very reasonably at around $50 a night.
