The Peoria International Airport was shut down for several hours this morning after a woman's luggage caused quite a scare among TSA and fellow passengers.

A handful of items the unidentified woman had with her caused an evacuation of the airport while security and local law enforcement conducted an investigation.

The discovery was made around 6 a.m.  After concluding the items posed no credible threat to passengers, the airport was reopened around 9:30.

The items in the woman's luggage ending up being dog toys and safety training items for abortion clinics.
