Polar Plunge Raises Over $35,000 For Special Olympics

Wick's Lake in Rock Island wasn't frozen over on Sunday for the Polar Plunge to benefit Special Olympics of Illinois but it was windy and cold! Over $35,000 was raised by almost 400 people who broke out all sorts of great looking costumes! I didn't bring a tutu but I did find a couple ladies that were ready for their plunge into the Lake to benefit Special Olympics of Illinois.
