It's become a summertime tradition in the Quad Cities, and this year Sgt. Pepper, Mr Kyte, and Billy Shears will headline Riverfront Pops, as the Quad City Symphony Orchestra celebrates the 50th anniversary of The Beatles' Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band album.

The QCSO will play the entire Sgt. Pepper's album, then shift gears to include other Beatles favorites including Here Comes the Sun, Yesterday, and Let it Be.

As always, the show will feature the traditional closing numbers, Tchaikovsky's 1812 Overture, and Sousa’s Stars and Stripes Forever set to a brilliant fireworks display.

Riverfront Pops takes place on Saturday, August 19th. Click here to get tickets.
