We're following a story from OurQuadCities.com news partners that part of a crane working on the new Interstate 74 bridge has fallen into the Mississippi River. You can see it here.
Police warned motorists this afternoon that Interstate 74 south of where I-74, I-80 and I-280 meet is "nearly impassable due to drifting and blowing snow."
