1. Below zero wind-chills this morning and more snow is on the way tonight. Your Local 4 News Pinpoint Forecast is here and you can hear it at the top and bottom of the hour on KIIK 104.9.

2. A water main break in Clinton has led to a boil order being issued for the entire city. Iowa American Water crews are working to repair a 16-inch water main break in the 1400 block of 13th Avenue South in Clinton that has impacted the entire city. A precautionary boil advisory for all of our customers in Clinton has been issued and is in effect until further notice
