Tell Mike Where to Go

I've finally made it to one of the Quad Cities' most famous "brand-marks"!(brand+landmarks="brandmarks")

My first taste of Whitey's Ice Cream was delicious, and the latest from YOUR checklist of places in "Tell Mike Where to Go"

Now, I'd like to share one with you...from MY hometown, Detroit, MI comes the famous pop, VERNORS!

It's sweeter than "dry" Ginger Ale, and is officially called a "ginger soda" since it is not technically an "ale".

But in Detroit, we call it "pop"...and we buy it at the "Party Store"!
