The Easter Egg Scramble 5K Is This Saturday

Celebrate Easter weekend getting some exercise and helping a good cause.

The Easter Egg Scramble 5K walk and run is celebrating it's 4th anniversary this Saturday in the Village of East Davenport. A children's 1/2 mile race called the Bunny Hop, for all kids up to age 12, will also be held.

The Bunny Hop starts at 8:30am, the main race/walk at 9:00am.

A portion of all proceeds will be donated to benefit the Handicapped Development Center (HDC), a non-profit organization whose purpose is to plan, establish and operate programs which provide opportunities and assistance to persons with disabilities in and around Scott County, Iowa.
