The Hawk Studio Looks Like A Dorm After A Party

Today Olivia stayed after she was done working and we sampled some beers and tried some great sausage that Deter from the Bier Stube brought in. Great River Brewery stopped by with a couple beers for us to try out before Oktobeerfest on Saturday. By the time we were done, it looked like a dorm room after a party. I'm sure tomorrow the sweet smell of Deter's brats will still be in the air.

So we spent an hour enjoying new beer and sampling some of the Bier Stube sausage. We learned that Boetje's mustard goes well on all kinds of sausage and that Olivia loves the flavor. She also loved the Pumpkin Mater beer and decided to take it back to her desk for safe keeping.

I got lucky that Jes from Great River brought my favorite beer of the week, Dirty Blonde Chocolate Ale. It still tasted smooth with a hint of bitterness and chocolate.
