Sometimes you need a little comfort food. I think I may have found the ultimate comfort in this little golden pocket of goodness.

Behold the Maccarrittto...golden creamy macaroni and cheese lovingly encased in a tortilla. The best part is, you can find it right here in the Quad Cities.

Cheesy Cow Mac & Cheesery, 5133 Competition Drive, Bettendorf, serves this baby up in five different flavors-chicken bacon ranch, pulled pork, Buffalo bacon blue cheese, walking taco and steak fajita. I don't know about you, but when I think of 'comfort food' I think of pretty much anything that contains melted cheese.

The Cheesy Cow Mac & Cheesery certainly has mastered the art of melted cheese. They have 14 different flavors of mac & cheese alone including the Walking Taco mac and cheese. All the goodness of Walking Tacos whipped up into a delicious mac and cheese bundle.

I should definitely have not written this article on an empty stomach. I'm salivating. Even if you aren't a fan of macaroni (how could you not be a fan of macaroni??) you can still get plenty of melted cheese goodness like quesadillas, grilled cheese and probably just a pile of melted cheese on a plate.
