This Davenport Resident Is A Finalist For Wheel of Fortune

It's not uncommon for the Quad Cities to be represented on game shows. In fact, not one but TWO of the Quad Cities were answers on Jeopardy in recent weeks. But this time, the QC might be more than just an answer – we may have an actual contender.

Wheel of Fortune rolled through Iowa a few weeks ago, and one of Davenport's own made the journey.

According to KWQC, Trevor Fennelly a financial advisor at Edward Jones, is now one of 80 finalists competing for a spot on Wheel of Fortune. He was called back for a final audition in Des Moines, and will find out in about two weeks if he's officially made it or not.

Per KWQC's report, the show had thousands of applicants. That means that Fennelly is more than just a little Wheel-savvy. Regardless of if he's chosen, making the final 80 is no small feat, and we should be proud of him!
