The session will be guided by a qualified Kadampa Teacher so all you need to do is come along. The cost is $3.
A favorite for many people, and again a fun version of this is right here. Grab a brew and bend with friends at CBW. This event is known as Yoga on the Mezz. Due to popular demand, they now have 2 sessions per night. Each session lasts one hour. The cost is $10 at the door.
